Upon scheduling your initial appointment, we will promptly email you your intake forms to complete. Following their submission, we will reach out to confirm your appointment and send confirmation notifications for your convenience.
Your Initial Consultation
Your first appointment with us will last approximately 45 minutes in duration, beginning with a discussion of your health history and current concerns. Dr. Dan will then focus on your chief complaint to tailor his approach to meet you where you are on your wellness journey.
From there, he will conduct a non-invasive examination utilizing the INSiGHT scanner. This diagnostic tool assesses your body’s output, measuring temperature and electrical signals from muscles to reveal the underlying source of your symptoms. If necessary, X-rays may be taken. To ensure a chiropractic approach that is right for you, Dr. Dan will wait until Report of Findings to deliver your introductory chiropractic adjustment.
Your Report of Findings
Your second appointment will be about 30 minutes from start to finish, dedicated to designing a plan of care specific to you. Dr. Dan will combine both the information from your initial consultation and INSiGHT scan to determine a suggested care plan to get you out of pain and on the path to lasting health. If you choose to move forward, you will then receive your inductive chiropractic adjustment.
As transparency is important to us, your explanation of care will include frequency and duration of visits as well as an expected fee schedule.
Ongoing Visits
Frequency and duration of ongoing visits depends entirely on the needs of the individual, however—most routine appointments last no longer than 15 minutes from the time you enter our practice.
