Shockwave Specialist, Karen Seiter

Hi! My name is Karen Seiter – I mainly work the Shockwave therapy machine here at Freedom Chiropractic! I have always seemed to have such a passion for natural health and the way that God designed our bodies to be able to heal naturally. I started getting adjusted in High School when my brother in law and sister introduced me to the health benefits of being proactive with my health. I went to school at the Center for Healing Arts & Massage and worked as a reflexologist in Marietta, GA for 4 years at Serenite Spa.

Dr. Dan and I have been married since October of 2006. We met through church while Dr. Dan was going to mechanical engineering school and while I was working as a dental assistant. Since then, we have raised 5 beautiful girls. We have raised our kids under chiropractic care, and I was adjusted throughout all of my pregnancies and was able to have 5 wonderful natural births!

I think my greatest desire is to see each individual live life abundantly. So many people are dealing with everyday pain and they think that it is normal! But what if they felt great? How much better can they then go and serve the people that they are surrounded with well!?

Chiropractic Assistant, Melissa

My name is Melissa and I’ve been married to my husband for the past 21 years. We have been blessed with 2 kids, their ages 15 and 18. I originally went to Grand Valley State University, then transferred to Baker College, to graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Health Science. I have about 25 years of experience in healthcare, first starting out as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

About 2 years ago, I transitioned to Freedom Chiropractic, working for Dr. Dan as a Chiropractic Assistant. I love to help people help themselves, so my job is to give our patients tools to help them outside of the office so that they can continue to pour into and improve their health daily. One of my passions is pelvic health, specifically to help women understand their bodies and all their seasons of life.
